Finals set for 2017 College Championship
The League of Legends 2017 College Championship is officially set between Maryville and the University of Toronto.
After the start of the League of Legends 2017 College Championship, eight teams began in the tournament and only two remains. Maryville University and the University of Toronto are set to face each other today.
Maryville proved they can truly be a force to reckon with thanks to how well their team performs together. They swept Robert Morris-IL 3-0 and advanced to the finals. Their opponent, Toronto, beat Carnegie Mellon 3-1 on Friday to advance as well.
What’s great about this matchup is that both teams have superb execution and communicate extremely well. This matchup has the potential to live up to being one of the best seen so far in the collegiate circuit.
