ADC

S tier: Vayne, Jinx
A tier: Sivir, Miss Fortune, Ashe, Draven, Twitch, Jhin, Ezreal
B tier: Kai’Sa, Kog’Maw
C tier: Yasuo, Xayah, Caitlyn, Tristana, Lucian, Varus
D tier: Kalista

Moving to the ADC role, we see very curiously that there hasn’t been a lot of upward mobility since the last patch. The top four ADCs for low elo – Vayne, Jinx, Sivir, and Miss Fortune – haven’t moved from their positions at all. In fact, it’s not until Ezreal that we see any changes to the tier list, but even he remained in the A tier.

Having said that, there were plenty of champions that dropped relative to last patch. In particular, Caitlyn and Tristana dropped from B tier to C tier. Most shockingly, though, is that they are joined by Lucian, a former A tier pick in the bot lane.

More effective in low elo:
Jinx (S vs. A tier)
Jhin (A vs. B tier)
Yasuo (C vs. D tier)

Less effective in low elo:
Kai’Sa (B vs. A tier)
Lucian (C vs. A tier)
Xayah (C vs. B tier)
Caitlyn (C vs. B tier)
Tristana (C vs. B tier)
Varus (C vs. B tier)
Kalista (D vs. B tier)

Champions low elo players need to stop playing:
Kai’Sa (B tier, 21.2% pick rate)
Caitlyn (C tier, 15.5% pick rate)
Lucian (C tier, 10.8% pick rate)
Tristana (C tier, 9.1% pick rate)
Varus (C tier, 5.9% pick rate)

ADCs low elo players need to stop wasting bans on:
Kai’Sa (B tier, 8.4% pick rate)
Caitlyn (C tier, 8.1% pick rate)
Lucian (C tier, 7.3% pick rate)
