We give our TFT tier list for Patch 10.11 to show the best units and comps.

Patch 10.10 marks the end of the first half of Set 3, the last chance to climb before the mid-set update brings us new champions and bids goodbye to some of the champions we have grown to know over the last few months. Our last TFT tier list before the mid-set update will also help you climb the ranked ladder before it resets at the start of Patch 10.12!

The biggest change you need to know about Patch 10.10 is that Voids have risen a lot in priority, a fitting send-off before they leave us next patch. The old standby comps like Blaster/Brawler and Chrono/Blademasters are still fine, but let’s see what other new comps have risen up our TFT tier list!

Best compositions

In accordance with our rankings of the best champions, Classes and Origins, we now give you our best comps in Patch 10.11 based on the rankings from our TFT tier list. This will denote the units you should buy in each comp, as well as the best supplemental synergies to pair those comps with. We will also include any variations, advantages, or disadvantages to be aware of in specific Galaxies, if applicable.

We will put an asterisk next to the units that should be the main focus of these comps, to get to 2 or 3-stars and put items on. Note that when we recommend specific units of a Class/Origin but omit others for your pairings, we are saying these are the options we would consider to be above average or worthwhile additions to your comp.

  • Blasters/Brawlers: Miss Fortune (*), Jinx (*), Lucian, Ezreal, Malphite, Vi, Blitzcrank, Cho’Gath
    • Works well in
      • Lilac Nebula-verse (if you get Jinx/Cho’Gath on the first Carousel with a good item).
      • Treasure Trove (more money early to level quickly and get to carries).
      • Medium Legends (more time to get to higher levels and carries).
  • 6 Cybernetic: Ekko, Lucian, Vi (*), Irelia (*), Leona, Fiora
    • Round out the comp with
      • Miss Fortune for Blasters along with Kayle for Valkyries and Blademasters (this should be your go-to full comp).
    • Works well in
      • Lilac Nebula-verse (if you get an Irelia with an item you can build off of, ideally a BF sword).
      • Treasure Trove (more money early to level quickly and get to carries OR to get items for your carries).
      • Medium Legends (more time to get to higher levels and carries).
  • Celestial/Blademasters: Lulu, Kassadin, Ashe, Xayah, Irelia (*), Kayle (*)
    • Round out comp with
      • Two remaining Celestials (Rakan and Kassadin) for full Celestials
      • Shen, Master Yi, Yasuo for full Blademasters
      • Soraka for Mystics
    • Works well in
      • Lilac Nebula-verse (if you get Kyle/Irelia on the first Carousel with a good item).
      • Treasure Trove (more money early to level quickly and get to carries).
      • Medium Legends (more time to get to higher levels and carries).
      • Superdense (with 10 units at max levels you can go 6 Blademasters/4 Celestials).
  • Void/Brawlers: Cho’Gath (*), Vel’Koz (*), Kha’Zix, Malphite, Vi, Blitzcrank
    • Round out comp with
      • Xerath (for Sorcerers).
    • Works well in
      • Lilac Nebula-verse (getting Cho or Vel’Koz off the first Carousel with a decent item).
      • Treasure Trove (more money early to level quickly and get to carries).
      • Trade Sector (you can spend all your early gold on leveling and re-roll to get a 2 or even 3-star Cho/Vel).
  • Space Jam: Gangplank (*), Jayce, Graves, Darius, Kassadin, Rakan, Xin Zhao, Lulu
    • Round out comp with
      • Soraka (for Mystics) but you need to get a Force of Nature or level to 9.
      • Wukong (for Vanguards) again needing FoN or Level 9.
    • Works well in
      • Treasure Trove (more money early to level quickly and get to carries).
      • Medium Legends (more time to get to higher levels and carries).
      • Superdense (means you don’t have to level to get to Soraka or Wukong late game).
      • Neekoverse (lets you get GP to 2 or 3-stars).

Concluding notes

While there’s not much more these aggregations can tell us with certainty with regards to comps or items, here is what our data can tell you about what to look for within your next Teamfight Tactics game.

  • Hyper rolling is still very much a thing, with options to hyper roll for Xayah in the Celestial/Blademaster comp or Kha’Zix in the Void/Brawler comp. However, neither of these strategies are absolutely necessary. You can get away with just leveling normally and trying to get one of the more powerful units in the comp if you don’t hyper roll.
  • The Littler Little Legends galaxy hasn’t really affected the meta, which is surprising. Given that this galaxy starts players with 15 less health, you would expect comps that come online earlier (like Mech-Infiltrators) or hyper roll comps to be more in the meta. I think in that galaxy these are two of the better types of comps to go, but in almost all other games you’re probably looking to put most of your items on a 4 or 5-cost unit.
  • I would expect Needlessly Large Rods to be the most-prioritized item based the champions that were rated highly in this TFT tier list. Giant’s Belts, Recurve Bows, and BF Swords will also still likely be high-priority, while Tears, Chain Vests, Brawler’s Gloves, and Negatron Cloaks are likely the lowest priority.
