TFT Comps: Top 5 Champions to Build Comps Around in Patch 10.14

Here are the best champions in Teamfight Tactics and the best TFT comps that you can build around them in Patch 10.14.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been as frustrated and confused by a patch as I was at the start of Patch 10.14. With Jarvan IV requiring a hotfix, the meta has been shaken up yet again and no one knows what the best TFT comps are on the current patch. That much uncertainty has made me focus more on finding the best champions and building a comp around them, not the other way around.

To that end, here are five champs that have consistently appeared in comps played by high-elo players like Mismatchedsocks and Polt. Focus on building up these champions and you should at least have a chance in this crazy meta.

1. Jhin

Dark Stars are still strong even after the J4 hotfix and his synergy with Snipers makes him an ideal hypercarry.

Build Jhin when: You have multiple BF Sword items.

2. Syndra

After the buffs, Syndra is probably the strongest of the Sorcerers in the game.

3. Neeko

Maybe the strongest Protector after Jarvan was nerfed, she fits into most Protector and Star Guardian comps.

Build Neeko when: You have defensive items you don’t have a place for.

Key Items: Guardian Angel, Ionic Spark.

Other items that work: Morellonomicon, QSS, Bramble Vest, Dragon Claw.

4. Cassiopeia

Another Blue Buff user, Cassio can be a great pick in instances where you have a Mystic comp that needs damage.

Build Cassiopeia when: You have Blue Buff and AP (if they’re not already on Syndra).
