League of Legends Tier List: The Best Top Laners on Patch 11.6

After missing a patch, it’s time to return to our aggregated tier lists on Patch 11.6. We’ll start in the top lane with our League of Legends tier list to see which champions can give a player the extra edge to climb.
Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from ten different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in League of Legends Patch 11.6. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks
Nocturne, Urgot, and Sylas all got big bumps compared to their rating on Patch 11.4, but Akali, Jax, and Jayce also rose a fair bit in terms of strength.
Falling Picks
Gragas took a heavy dip to his power level compared to two patches ago. Trynamere and Renekton also dipped, but not as harshly.
Underrated Picks
Cho’Gath remains underpicked for an A tier champion, with only a 1.78% pick rate.
Overrated Picks
With the second-highest pick rate (9.78%) as a B tier champion, Renekton is the most overrated top laner this patch.
