2016 NA LCS power rankings for Week 7 of the Summer Split

NA LCS power rankings after six weeks of action in the 2016 Summer Split.
The regular season of the NA LCS has nearly escaped us as there are only three weeks before it’s time for the playoffs.
The hierarchy of North America has been fairly clear for a long time now, but there have still been some surprises over the last couple of weeks and room for more teams to change how everyone sees them.
As things stand after six weeks of games, it looks like one team out of Counter Logic Gaming, Team Envy or Apex will be left out of the playoffs.
It would be fantastic to see a new team like Apex and Envy make the playoffs in their first split in the NA LCS, but can you imagine what would happen if CLG can’t finish strong and fall out of the race? We’re talking about the back-to-back NA LCS champions. That would be unheard of.

Another race to lookout for is the one to the promotion tournament. Echo Fox and Phoenix1 appear to be locks for it, but one other team will have to join them. It will most likely be NRG Esports, but Apex could find themselves in that position if things go poorly for them over the next few weeks.
Other than that, the biggest thing to pay attention to is TSM’s pursuit of perfection. They are 12-0 at this point and only have six more series to go. It would be unbelievable to have a team go undefeated in the first split of the best-of-three format. It’s a feat that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
With all of that, here are the NA LCS power rankings heading into Week 7 of the Summer Split.
Next: 10. Echo Fox, 9. Phoenix1
