League of Legends: LCK player power rankings – Week 3
By Josh Tyler
Who are the best League of Legends players in each position in the LCK after Week 3?
Three weeks into the LCK Summer Split already sees some teams experimenting with their starting roster already. From SKT subbing out Faker for Gori to Jin Air giving TaNa his first taste of LCK action this split, have any of the new faces made an impression in our League of Legends player power rankings?

As we did last week, we’ll be ranking every player in the LCK in each position. These rankings are based off our own proprietary statistics, developed from the traditional stats available for all major regions. We explained them a bit more in the first LCS breakdown, but you can see the full statistics here.
Top lane
1. Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon (Damwon Gaming)
2. Choi “Sword” Sung-won (Griffin)
3. Park “Summit” Woo-tae (Sandbox Gaming)
4. Kim “Kiin” Gi-in (Afreeca Freecs)
After a strong first two weeks, Kiin struggled in his Week 3 games. Facing Sandbox, he allowed Summit to go completely crazy in the deciding third game and was out-earned by Summit in every single game of the series (including their Game 2 victory).
Then, he disappeared in their shocking upset at the hands of Gen.G, posting identical 0/3/1 games on Aatrox against CuVee. Now posting the second-worst adjusted kill participation of any LCK top laner, Kiin needs to recover from this poor week of play if Afreeca wants to get back in the hunt.
5. Kim “Rascal” Kwang-hee (Kingzone DragonX)
6. Lee “TaNa” Sang-wook (Jin Air Greenwings)
TaNa got three games worth of action in Week 3, facing off against middling competition in Thal and Rascal, but the rookie held his own. In particular, his strong laning phase (averaging a 375g, 135 experience, and 3.7 CS lead at the 10-minute mark) was quite impressive. Given how much Lindarang has struggled this year, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jin Air give him more of a look.
7. Lee “CuVee” Seong-jin (Gen.G)
8. Lee “Flame” Ho-jong (Damwon Gaming)
9. Kim “Khan” Dong-ha (SK Telecom T1)
10. Hwang “Kingen” Seong-hoon (KT Rolster)
11. Park “Thal” Kwon-hyuk (Hanwha Life Esports)
12. Heo “Lindarang” Man-heung (Jin Air Greenwings)
13. Song “Smeb” Kyung-ho (KT Rolster)
14. Kim “SoHwan” Jun-yeong (Hanwha Life Esports)
