We give our League of Legends tier list for Patch 10.15.

Patch 10.15 marks the beginning of the Spirit Blossom event and introduces Lillia to Summoner’s Rift. For those of you more concerned with the ranked climb, however, Patch 10.15 will also give us buffs to old friends like Caitlyn, Gragas, and Yuumi (ugh) while throwing nerfs at dominant champs like Lee Sin, Fiddlesticks, and Aphelios. Maybe the nerfs will be able to overcome 200 years and bring balance to this patch’s League of Legends tier list!

Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from nine different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.15. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Key

  • * = new to the League of Legends tier list this patch
  • ⇑ = improved (rated at least one tier higher than the previous patch)
  • ⇓ = declined (rated at least one tier lower than the previous patch)
  • ⇐ = borderline-up (within 10% of being in the next-higher tier)
  • ⇒ = borderline-down (within 10% of being in the next-lower tier)

Rising Picks

The biggest riser in Patch 10.15 was Irelia, who moved up to borderline-A tier thanks to the buffs she received.

Dropping Picks

Hecarim has been an off-meta pick in the top lane and now it appears his time galloping across the northern part of the map may be winding to a close. He fell into the D tier after being in the high-C tier last patch.

Underrated Picks

We’re giving Singed a break this patch to shout out Urgot, who has a pick rate under 1.5% despite being a B tier pick. For A tier champions, though, it’s actually the S tier Shen who has the lowest pick rate at 4.25%.

Overrated Picks

Still Aatrox, Irelia, and Jayce who are getting picked an inordinate amount relative to their ranking. At least Irelia is close to being A tier, but the other two are a long ways away from warranting a top-ten pick rate in the bot lane.

Buffed Champions

Irelia

More bonus attack speed per stack of her passive (and more flat attack speed at levels 1/7/13) seems like a relatively small buff but, as we noted above, Irelia is thriving now in the high-B tier.

Shen

Making his passive’s shield stronger certainly did wonders to help the Eye of Twilight. He’s climbed into the S tier after being in the A tier last patch. In all likelihood, this buff will be walked back in the future.

Nerfed Champions

Ornn

Losing three base armor doesn’t seem like a huge nerf to Ornn and he did remain (barely) in B tier after the nerfs. I suspect this change is more targeted at his pro play dominance so we’ll see if he’s weak enough in lane to not be a dominant top laner once this patch goes live in pro play.
