We give our League of Legends tier list for Patch 10.19.

The Worlds patch is here, as teams at the 2020 League of Legends World Championship will be playing on Patch 10.19 (absent the two new champions Yone and Samira, who will be disabled). For all us non-Worlds players, though, Patch 10.19 represents another step in the march towards the end of Season 10. With opportunities to climb dwindling, knowing the latest patch updates for each patch is crucial and Patch 10.19 is no different.

Our aggregated League of Legends tier list pulled data from nine different sites around the internet to see how they each ranked the top champions in each role in Patch 10.19. From that, we are able to give our average ranking of each champion that was graded or listed in at least half of those tier lists. As always, you can find the link to all the underlying data here.

Rising Picks

For the second-straight patch Kayle had the biggest bump to her ranking in our tier list, rising from mid-B up into now becoming a low-A tier pick.

Dropping Picks

Unsurprisingly, Lucian took a step dip in his off-lanes after losing some of his AD per level, dropping into the C tier.

Underrated Picks

Three patches in a row now for Urgot as the least-picked A tier top laner.

Overrated Picks

Akali, Irelia, Jayce, and the newly-nerfed Lucian all return to the top-ten for pick rate but none are within the A tier of our aggregated tier list.

Buffed Champions

Irelia

Riot upped the damage to her Vanguard’s Edge, allowing Irelia to dance her way up our tier list, but she’s still solidly a B tier pick.

Sylas

Thanks to the reduced cooldown on his ultimate, Hijack, Sylas has been let out of the cage in C tier and moved up to the freedom of being a B tier pick.

Vayne

Top laners across the world shudder at these words: “Vayne buffs.” Increased bonus AD on her ult, Final Hour, haven’t moved her up the top lane tier list yet (she’s still B tier) but she lurks in the shadows.

Nerfed Champions

Akali

I don’t know why Akali top keeps getting picked even after the nerfs to her Five Point Strike’s damage. She’s dropped from the high-B to the mid-B tier but still has a top-ten pick rate in top.

Lucian

As noted above, Lucian got some scaling AD nerfs that knocked him into the C tier as a top lane pick (but he still has the fourth-highest pick rate in top).
